My Love Said to Me |
you have seen my soul
and made it glow
be who you are
because that's the woman
I fell in love with
hold my hand and
take this wonderful,
beautiful journey with me
you have made me feel whole and happy
She started a blaze from a tiny spark I didn't even detect
-Pebbles & Marbles
You have opened my mind
to endless possibilites
and not turned away
You have opened my heart
and held it gently
I love you |

For This Life-time |
For this life-time,
he chose rest.
He lived as a warrior before
and was still tired from that journey.
His path was one
of nurturing and growth...
to himself and to the gardens
he gave life.
Smooth stones
pungent earth
Ngowa Monlam: Prayers of Intentions
Tu-Sol: Ritual of Purification
His life resounded with the vibrations
of the Universe:
birth, death, rebirth.
bud, seed, flower.
Devotion to the seen and unseen
To cultivate
To bring into existence
what exists in essence
To nurture the beauty within
He chose this,
for this life-time.

Rumi |
What is the body?
That shadow of a shadow
of your love, that somehow contains
the entire universe.
In your light, I learn how to live.
In your beauty, I learn to make poems.
You dance inside my chest
where no one sees you,
but sometimes I do,
and that sight becomes this art
Look at your eyes. They are small.
but they see enormous things.
Be relentless in the looking,
because you are the one you seek
Birds make great sky-circles
of their freedom.
How do they learn it?
They fall, and falling,
they are given wings
you knock at the door of reality,
shake your thought-wings,
loosen your shoulders,
and open
...forget safety.
Live where you fear to live.
Destroy your reputation. Be notorious.
I have tried prudent planning long enough. From now on, I'll be mad.
No more words. Hear only the
voice within.
This dance is the JOY of existence. |
